Project Health Checks
These are fixed price engagements, which begin from $9,000 (ex GST) and will be priced according to the size of the project being reviewed. All health checks will receive a health report indicating which areas are in good health, and which need improvement, and where weaknesses lie. The key areas of budget, scope, benefits, and timeline will be reviewed. All health checks will provide recommendations on how to improve the health of the project.

Post Implementation Reviews
These are fixed price engagements, which begin from $12,000 (ex GST) and will be priced according to the size of the project being reviewed. All reviews will be conducted directly with the key stakeholders; interviews will be scheduled to seek verbal feedback, and the project documentation will be reviewed, with privacy guaranteed. The review will conclude with a report being provided on the areas of the project that were considered a success, and those areas which could have been executed differently. The key areas of budget, scope, benefits, and timeline will be reviewed, and included in the report. Recommendations will also be made to support the project team in learning from the experience.
