Assumptions A governance structure exists for the project already eg a sponsor or steering committee that the project can obtain direction from.
A business case must be pre-approved for this project, even if it is just for the initiation/ planning phase.

Basic project planning package is signed up for 3 months. The PID is delivered at the end of the 3 months. Premium project planning package is signed up for 3 months. The PID and governance strategies are delivered at the end of the 3 months.

Travel Work is based in the Sydney metropolitan area.
Travel is charged in addition to the monthly costs.
Methodologies Projects can be conducted in waterfall, agile, or a combination of both.
Project plans can be inclusive of defined stages with milestones per stage, or take the form of a delivery plan with iterations, releases, and sprint goals. If particular techniques are desired, these must be stated upfront to allow them to be included.
